Ticketyard is an online platform that provides ticketing and related services for events hosted in South Africa. All transactions are processed in South African Rands (ZAR) and apply to events within South Africa only.
The use of our Website includes browsing event information, accessing content, and making use of our services (“Services”).

By accessing or using our Website, Services, or Content, you agree to be legally bound by these Website Terms as well as any additional service-specific terms we may publish.
These Website Terms also refer to:

- Any event-specific policies or refund policies provided on event listings.

TICKETS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Cancellations by You
- Tickets may be cancelled before they are issued by contacting support@ticketyard.co.za.
- Refunds will exclude applicable booking fees and may include a cancellation fee:
- More than 30 days before event: 25% cancellation fee
- 8–30 days before event: 50% cancellation fee
- 7 days or less before event: 75% cancellation fee
- No cancellation fee will apply if a ticket-holder is unable to attend due to death or medical incapacity (proof required).
- Cancellations by Organisers
- Event organisers are responsible for postponements, programme changes, or cancellations.
- Refunds or exchanges are at the discretion of the organiser. Booking fees may not be refunded.
- Refund Method
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method only.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights to the content, design, branding, software, and media on www.ticketyard.co.za belong to Ticketyard or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse our content without permission.
INDEMNITY
By using the Website, you agree to indemnify and hold Ticketyard and its partners harmless against any claims, damages, or losses that arise from your use of the Website or Services, or from any breach of these Terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ticketyard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or Services, except where South African law requires otherwise.
